Ruby Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
35g Van Houten Ruby Chocolate Drink Powder (CNC346)
To Serve: Whipped Cream
To Serve: Mona Lisa Strawberry Curls/Blossoms (SDS945)
To Serve: Colac Strawberry Topping Sauce (SGF1700)
To Serve: (optional) Fresh Strawberries

Method

There's nothing like an ice cold chocolate milkshake on a hot day, especially when it's topped with whipped cream and sauce. Give your drinks menu a bit of a shake up with Ruby chocolate, an exotic, fruity tasting chocolate that goes great with strawberries!

How to Make a Ruby Chocolate Shake:

Pour around ¼ of the milk into the ruby chocolate drink powder and mix well.
Then pour in the remainder of the milk, mix and then hand blend to fully emulsify.
Pour into a glass or mug, top with whipped cream. You can decorate your glass with topping sauce or fresh fruit first if you wish.
Drizzle with your toppings of choice! We used Colac Strawberry Topping Sauce and sprinkled with Mona Lisa strawberry chocolate curls and fresh strawberries.
