Vegan Chocolate FrappShake

Ingredients

  • 760g Callebaut Vegan Chocobase Dark (SGC1000)
  • 2000ml Soya Milk
  • 1750ml Water
  • 450g Callebaut Dark Chocolate (SCC500)
  • Decorate with: Vegan whipped cream (available from some vegan food stores)

Method

Not to be left out, your vegan customers will adore this plant-based, dairy-free version of our classic Chocolate FrappShake. Decorate with vegan whipped cream alternative and Colac's Black Cookie topping sauce for a truly decadent, plant-based treat!

How to Make a Vegan Chocolate FrappShake:

  1. Heat the water to 70°c 
  2. Add the vegan gelato base and chocolate and blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Add the soya milk and blend again 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
