Ruby Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 35g Ruby Chocolate Powder (CNC346)
  • To Serve: Whipped Cream
  • To Serve: Ruby Crispearls (SDS891)
  • To Serve: White Chocolate Curls (SDS862P)
  • To Serve: Freeze Dried Raspberry Crumble (SCF0776PA)
  • To Serve: Raspberry Topping Sauce (SGF1706)
  • To Serve: (optional) Colac Chocolate Topping Sauce (SGF1712)

Method

This Millennial pink hot chocolate combines all the sweet indulgence of chocolate with the fresh and fruity notes of Ruby. It's the perfect treat to take you through the Autumn/Winter months, when you want a delicious, warming drink with an added splash of fun!

How to Make a Ruby Hot Chocolate:

  1. Heat the milk to 70*C, pour into the ruby hot chocolate powder and mix well. 
  2. Then hand blend to fully emulsify. 
  3. Pour into a glass or mug, top with whipped cream. You can decorate the glass first with Colac chocolate topping sauce if you wish. 
  4. Drizzle with Colac raspberry topping sauce and sprinkle with Ruby Crispearls, white chocolate curls and raspberry crumble
