Applications: 

Bakery & Patisserie 

• Pastries – warm gently and pipe into pastries, like cronuts and croissants 
• Layer into your cookie pies and cookie stacks
• Doughnuts & Beignets – pipe straight in 
• Cakes – spread between layers of sponge for a decadent pistachio gateau 
• Chocolate tarts – layer with white chocolate ganache for a decadent white chocolate and pistachio flavoured tart

Troubleshooting: 

Too hard in bucket – product has been kept at a too low temperature, move somewhere room temperature and allow to soften.
