We’re the UK’s leading wholesale retailer to businesses in the chocolate industry, supplying chocolate and cocoa products from the world’s premier chocolate manufacturers.

Our Story

Keylink’s story began in the 1960s on the outskirts of Sheffield, when founders Fred and Sue Waldman discovered fresh cream Belgian chocolates and started to import them from Europe into the UK. The small, family business rapidly grew and Keylink’s range soon expanded to include ingredients, equipment and accessories for chocolatiers.

In 1991, the Waldmans retired and the company was taken over by the current owner, Sanjeev Ramchandani. By 2000, the company had moved away from finished confections, and packaging was added to the growing ingredient product range, making Keylink a one stop shop for chocolate businesses.

Now, we’re proud to offer everything anyone working with chocolate could need! From artisan chocolatiers to pastry chefs, bakers and gelaterias, we stock an enormous range of chocolate and cocoa products, ingredients, decorations, fillings and flavourings, spreads, toppings, equipment, packaging, and more.

We’ve also recently launched a tailored online experience for bakeries, visit our new mini site to find everything to do with sweet bakery!

Our Mission

We believe that chocolate can be a force for good, and it’s our aim to help you find and choose sustainable products from ethical brands. Many of the chocolate brands we work with are partnered with nonprofit organisations and impact driven programs, and several are certified B Corporations. In our mission to have a positive impact on the chocolate industry and the environment, we’ve sourced a wide range of recyclable, compostable and biodegradable packaging – most of which can be personalised with your own branding or design, so there’s no compromise on style!

Whatever our customers need to meet their own business goals and targets for sustainability, we’re always here to advise on which chocolates, ingredients, and packaging options are the best fit.
