Ingredients

  • 800g Callebaut Milk ChocoBase Gelato Base Mix (SGC1002)
  • 400g Colac Tiramisu Flavour Compound (SGF1852)
  • 2000ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 1750ml Water
  • 5ml Coffee Flavour Oil

Method

Tiramisu is one of the most popular, well-loved desserts around the world, and now you can serve your customers a deliciously sumptuous Tiramisu flavoured FrappShake! With a real chocolate base thanks to Callebaut's ChocoBase gelato base mix, and an authentic Tiramisu flavouring made with sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder and caramelised sugar, it's an indulgent treat.

How to Make a Tiramisu FrappShake:

If you'd like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed.

  1. Heat the milk to 70°c 
  2. Add the ChocoBase gelato base and blend for 2 minutes 
  3. Add the water, Coffee Flavouring Oil and Colac Tiramisu then blend 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
