Vanifusion is not any ordinary vanilla paste… A fusion of vanilla concentrate, exhausted vanilla seeds, vanilla bean powder and cane sugar, Vanifusion takes the best of vanilla and blends it all into one ready to use product, with a dash of extra sweetness. This easy to dose paste is ideal for both hot and cold applications and boasts an aromatic complexity similar to an infused vanilla bean, with highly aromatic, full-bodied vanilla notes and characteristic woody notes.

Applications

As this is a paste, no steeping or infusing is required  and can be used for instant flavouring! It has a similar aromatic profile to Norohy vanilla beans, whilst offering the benefit of time saving.  

• Ganache – After mixing your cream and chocolate, add your required percentage of paste for that final layer of vanilla sweetness.
• Patisserie - Perfect for crafting vanilla scented pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Ice cream- For a robust vanilla ice cream or gelato, this paste is a great option for a more premium end product.

Recommended dosage – 5 to 12g per kg. (5g of paste = 3g of vanilla pods)
