Gianduja

Similar to hazelnut crèmes, a gianduja is a combination of hazelnuts and dark or milk chocolate, but with a legally higher minimum chocolate content than a hazelnut crème. This makes them firmer, allowing you to make a moulded confection which does not need to be enrobed in chocolate.
