Cocoa Butter Chocolate Décor Techniques: Metallic Gold and Black

To create this chocolate décor effect you will need:
- Black cocoa butter SCR481
- Gold creative spray SCR600
- An airbrush and compressor SEA145 and SEA146
- Your chosen mould (we used SMP8022P)
- Polish your mould with lint free cloth or paper towel
- Heat both of the cocoa butters (cap off) in the microwave for 1m 20 secs, or until it reaches 45˚C. Alternatively, leave them overnight in your holding tank/hot cupboard
- Squeeze one drop of the cocoa butter into each mould cavity, and use the airbrush to blast air at each drop. Leave to set
