Pinguino chocolate coatings for ice cream offer great workability and longevity, simply heat in the microwave and it won’t thicken up during long service times or when dipping bigger batches of ice cream. Available in white and dark chocolate, they add a rich, intense chocolate taste and creamy mouthfeel to your ice cream sticks, bars and bombs.
