Nut Pastes

Nut Pastes are made by grinding down nuts, sometimes with sugar added, but with no chocolate. They are usually used to flavour other masses or just add to tempered chocolate to make your own pralinés. The higher the nut paste content, the richer your praliné. They can also be used to flavour ice-cream and patisserie.
