These mousse powders couldn’t be easier to use, and create a sumptuous, premium quality mousse in no time at all. Simply mix 800g of mousse powder with 1 litre of semi-skimmed UHT milk at room temperature, whisk for 5 minutes and refrigerate for 2 hours, and your customers will be delighted with your rich and intensely chocolatey, yet light and fluffy mousse-based desserts!
Choose from 75% dark chocolate, 70% milk chocolate or 58.5% white chocolate mousse, or layer all three for an incredibly decadent and moreish triple chocolate mousse!
