What is hazelnut crème?
Hazelnut crème, or cream, is a blend of chocolate and hazelnuts (unlike praliné, which is made from sugar and nuts). Similar to a gianduja, but with a lower chocolate content, our hazelnut cream comes in a 23% nut pipeable form, or as a 41% firm, cuttable block.
Ready to use, simply slice and enrobe in high quality chocolate, or aerate and fill your chocolate shells for a simple but sumptuous treat.
