What is ganache?
A ganache is a smooth confection, usually made by combining melted chocolate and cream. It’s most commonly used to decorate cakes and as a filling for chocolate truffles and bonbons. Ganaches can be flavoured in a variety of ways, including alcohol, flavouring oils and drops, or ambient fruit purées.
Our selection of convenient and delicious, ready-made ganaches are made with the highest quality chocolate and come as a firm, cuttable mass. Available in either white or dark chocolate, and flavoured or unflavoured. Simply warm the ganache slightly in a microwave and pipe into your chocolate shells or onto your cake.
