Our range of milk compound coatings comes from Callebaut and contains 2.5%-3% cocoa solids, for a delicious milk chocolate flavour and a glossy, hard finish. They’re perfect for dipping, drizzling, coating and enrobing your ice cream, bakery and chocolate products, and with their slightly higher melting point, they’ll stay looking great in your display counter for longer!
