Transfer sheets enable you to quite literally transfer a design directly onto chocolate, allowing you to add a splash of colour or sparkle to your pralines, patisserie or gateaux. When used on cut pralinés, they are the perfect way to identify different flavours, or just add a little fun to your chocolate creations.
