What are cake strips?
Cake Strips are widely used by patisserie chefs and bakers to support desserts, cheesecake, flans and tortes. Supplied in rolls of 100m and available in a range of widths, from 2.5 cm to 6cm, these clear cake and patisserie strips will keep your layers pristine and perfect while your creations set, ready to be peeled cleanly away when it's time to serve.
