Edible metallic leaf and flakes for decorating finished chocolates, cakes and sugar work. Simply brush silver or gold leaf flakes on to add an elegant, stylish effect to bonbons, bars, icing, and chocolate coatings. 

Our 23 carat gold and silver leaves come in books of 25 sheets, are suitable for vegans and need to be stored in an airtight container to prolong their effectiveness. The edible gold leaf flakes are available to order and come in 1g tubs.
