From natural origin, this light yellow coloured cocoa butter is designed for you to add colour to your chocolates, cakes and patisseries.
How to use coloured cocoa butters:
Open the bottle cap and heat in the microwave for 1 min 20 seconds (based on 800w microwave). The product needs to reach 40-50°C. Replace the cap and give it a shake before using. You can then use the cocoa butters in tempered chocolate, direct into the mould as décor, or in an airbrush.
