Product Information

Callebaut have created real chocolate gelato mixes for the most discerning gelato makers! Containing real Belgian chocolate and richer than any other recipe on the market, simply add hot liquid and pour the mixture into your gelato machine. With ChocoGelato, all of the hard work has been done for you!

With 60% caramel chocolate, a warm golden caramel colour and an intense caramel chocolate taste with biscuity, butterscotch notes and a dash of sea salt to deepen the taste. Gluten free.

For preparation, just add 2.4kg milk to yield 1 x vaschetta 4kg of gelato.

Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery will be on a 2 day service with delivery charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.

Palleted deliveries

If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
If you would particularly like a pallet delivery, we ask that your orders are in before 11am to guarantee next business day delivery.
