Solid flavour, comparable to dark chocolate. Looks and tastes like dark chocolate and has a mouthfeel that comes close, yet doesn't need tempering. Simply melt, apply and cool directly. After hardening, the end result will give you the looks, hard crack and satin gloss of chocolate. You can use this product in a wide variety of applications. It's ideal for covering biscuits or for making confectionery. Thanks to its special fat composition, it will resist the appearance of fat bloom longer than chocolate - even when coated around cookies, nuts or other ingredients. To use, melt, apply and leave to set in the fridge (12-16C).
