Keylink is Moving

• Orders placed by 12 noon on Tuesday 29th June will be dispatched on the 29th.
• Orders placed on the website after that cut-off will be dispatched on Monday 5th July.
• Our phone lines will be disconnected on 30th June, 1st July and 2nd July, so we will not be able to take telephone orders.

Keylink is moving to new premises at the end of this month. Over the many years we’ve been in Ecclesfield, the business has grown steadily and we’ve reached the point that we now need more space to enable us to not only maintain, but improve, the level of service you’ve come to expect from us. Naturally, we’re very excited about the move and we’re working really hard to ensure it will deliver many benefits, both for us operationally and for you, our customer.

• We will be able to hold higher stock levels across the board, but especially on the packaging side. This has become a particularly significant issue in light of the supply chain challenges caused by Brexit as well as the increased demand from more and more businesses choosing to buy in the UK.
• We aim to increase our product range to bring you more of what you want and need, so if there are products you have always wished we stocked, now’s the time to tell us.
• We’re also investing significantly in IT as well as setting up a demo kitchen run by Reece Hunt, our new Innovation Chef. Our aim is to provide you with much more support on the technical front as we go forward.

Our new home is in Dinnington, Rotherham – approximately twenty minutes’ drive from Ecclesfield – and the move is scheduled to take place between 30th June and 5th July. For logistical reasons it is necessary for us to close during this short period, but all going well, orders will continue to be processed as follows:

• Our phone lines will be disconnected on 30th June, 1st July and 2nd July.

During the move, we will keep you updated on our website, which will of course be available 24/7 as always. We will also be available to answer any queries throughout; please email sales@keylink.org or get in touch via social media.
