Temporary Service Interruption – 7th April 2021 update:
As you are aware, over the Easter weekend we upgraded our entire computer system which will enable us to provide you with a better service long term.
However, this transition to the new system has not gone quite as smoothly as we would have liked, despite months of preparation and testing.
This has affected both the receipt of orders to us and order acknowledgements back to you.
We would ask you to please contact us ASAP if:
1) You have placed an order, but not received an order acknowledgement
2) there are any errors at all on your order acknowledgement.
Added to this issue, DPD, our carrier has also been inundated over the weekend, which has meant that the orders we were able to dispatch yesterday, may still not arrive with you today and further delays with them may still happen.
We apologise for all these issues, which we are trying desperately to resolve, and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
