We predict that Valentine’s Day 2021 won’t just be for celebrating all things romance, but about showing those we haven’t been able to spend quality time with for such a long while, how much we care. As well as the flamboyant gestures, it’s the perfect occasion for sending a little something chocolatey to a neighbour, relative or good friend!

Help your customers to share the love in February by adding your own stamp to our ideas. And the key to their heart? Make it postable!

We all know chocolate is a mood booster, so the flavours you use inside your chocolates can only enhance mood further! Colac flavour pastes are made with fresh fruits and are really versatile – you can also use them in gelato. Try using flavours such as cherryraspberry, strawberry, passion fruit… or cuberdon; a traditional Belgian candy with a soft centre. All we can say is that if you remember the retro classic that is the Wham! bar, you’ll be onto a winner with this one! It’s an ideal flavour for those who would love a touch of nostalgia in their Valentine’s chocolates. Typically you would use a dosage of 10-15% paste in chocolate ganache, but you can alter this according to preferred intensity and the amount of chocolate.

Anything goes, but we created these using our new heart design structure sheet. The clever thing about these is that they are both reusable and reversible, for two different effects! We have used transfer sheets on the back of ours, but you can also brush with creative powder before spreading on the tempered chocolate. Once set, simply break up the chocolate into shards and ribbon them up in Valentine’s bags.
