How do transfer sheets work, and why are they useful?
Edible transfer sheets are a fantastically cost-effective (and equally stunning) way to ensure your chocolate and patisserie products really stand out from the crowd - after all, no one does it quite like you!
Plus, they’re super easy and quick to use. Here’s how:
- Once you’ve tempered your chocolate and poured it into your chosen mould, simply lay your transfer sheet down evenly over it, making sure it’s flat and flush to the surface of the mould.
- Then, leave your chocolate to crystalise.
- Once it’s set, gently peel back your transfer sheet and admire the finished result.
Really, it’s as simple as that.
