Buying all you need from us couldn’t be easier! If you place your order over the phone our friendly sales team are always more than happy to help. Our lines are open Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.45pm. Or you can order online twenty-four hours a day.
You do not have to be a business to order from us; all you need is to register either online or over the phone. If more than one person within your business needs to access your web account, each account can have multiple users, with each having either full or limited access.
How to Place an Order
You can order on our website or over the phone. Within Mainland UK, orders over £150 ex VAT are delivered free of charge. Orders under £150 ex VAT are subject to a £7 (plus VAT) delivery charge. For other countries find more information here.
We guarantee to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same working day, provided items are in stock and no samples, cutting, assembly or foil-blocking are required. Please be advised that in the run-up to Christmas this time will be brought earlier and at our very busiest time we may suspend this guarantee.
When ordering by phone, we ask you to use the product codes for the items you wish to order. This minimises mistakes and ensures we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You will find the codes on our website or in our catalogue.
Live Stock Availability
You can see live stock figures on our website. These stock availability figures are updated several times per hour so we expect them to be accurate 99% of the time. A few points to note:
- When you add an item to your basket, it will be temporarily reserved for you while you continue shopping. If you are inactive for over 15 minutes, the item will remain in your basket but the stock will no longer be reserved for you. However, you can press the ‘refresh stock’ button when you return and provided the stock is still available, it will be reallocated to you.
- In the event that we are unable to allocate all the stock indicated on the website, this will be reflected on your order acknowledgement.
