Cake Strips

Cake strips are widely used to create a decorative band around a cake or patisserie. The neutral sheets are often used simply to support flans and tortes. Cake strips with designs are available to order and patterns are as for the standard transfer sheets. Cake strips are supplied in rolls of 100m and are available in 4cm, 5cm and 6cm widths.
