Truffle spheres and hollow cups allow you to focus your time on the most value-added stages of chocolate making; filling and decoration. Our spheres and cups are made from high grade couvertures and not only make it much easier and quicker to produce chocolates, but also help to ensure a consistent quality whether you’re making a large or small quantity. All the spheres and cups are supplied in PVC trays and then packed in cardboard boxes to ensure they are well protected from impact during transit. They should be stored at around 14-16°c and with relative humidity below 60%.
