Placing Top-Up Orders

Placing orders for consumables as you run out of them couldn’t be easier as everything is sent directly from stock at Keylink, wherever you may be in the country!

With orders placed before 2pm, we will always try to send out your order that same day on a next day delivery. Please note however that during very busy times, it may be 2-3 business days before your order reaches you.

In order to make re-stocking as convenient as possible for you, for orders containing just Ciocchino related products, our minimum carriage paid order value is only £75. Below this value, there is a £4 small order charge.

For your guidance,

One 12x1 litre case of Millac Lite + 5kgs of chocolate = 12 small batches of Ciocchino

This means that you can always order the chocolate and the cream together. The biscuits and the cups can then be ordered as required.

Shelf Life & Storage Guidelines

All the consumables will generally have a shelf life of at least 3 months at the time you receive them.

The chocolate, the biscuits and the Millac Lite should be stored in cool, dry conditions, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, the Millac Lite should be refrigerated and used within a few days.
